First sorry for late reply, we are busy with RC release ATM.

Well actually if the both repositories are similar that doesn't make this 
proposal well founded quite the contorary.

Packages that will go to devel repo. should go to playground first, going from 
3rd-party to devel is not expected (usually) .

And moved to devel repo. if needed, right?
