Yes. But first you must sync GBT and MBR from rEFIt. rEFIt has a command to do 
it.

Than reboot.

No problem. BTW, with the final release official Pardus 2007 (YALI) won't 
support the bootloader installation for macbooks too (doing GBT 
synchronization is the only problem so far). But we're planning to release an 
installation CD with necessary tools and patches (you need some kernel 
patches to enable Fn buttons and so...) for Macbooks.
