Söylediğiniz gibi config cache doayasını temizledim ./configure --enable-gpgme komutunu çalıştrdığımda aşağıdaki alıntıdaki gibi bir durumla yine aynı gpgme desteğinin olmadığı sonucunu alıyorum.
