Merhaba,
Kısayol üzerinden çalıştırdığınızda PATH değişkeni kısayolun konumu
üzerinden göreceli olur. Bu durumda iki yolunuz var;
(i) Kısayolun türünü değiştirmek.
(ii) Çalıştırdığınız sh betiğinde unset ve set ile çevre değişkenlerini
önce kaldırıp sonra yeniden istediğiniz gibi oluşturmak.
Açıkçası ikinci yol daha zahmetli ama bence tercih etmek gerekli çünkü
her bir Java uygulaması için kullanıcıdan bağımsız ek çevre değişkenleri
ve PATH'ler tanımlama olanağı veriyor. Örneğin sıradan bir kullanıcı
yerine root kullanıcısı ile kullanmaya kalktığınızda PATH, vs değişik
olacaktır. Ama uygulamanın sh betiği için bunlar sorun olmayacaktır.
Örneğin Apache Tomcat'in bu işler için kullandığı başlangıç betiği
(startup.sh) aşağıdaki gibi:

Bu betikte setenv.sh ve setclasspath.sh adında iki betik kullanılıyor.
Birincisi PATH ve JAVA_HOME gibi değişkenlerin ayarlanması ikincisi ise
CLASSPATH değişkeni ve J2SDK bin dizinindeki temel komutların

Sizin uygulamanız da bu şekilde betiklerle çok daha sağlam, yani
(i) kullanılan dağıtımdan (ve hatta UNIX'den) bağımsız
(ii) kullanılan kabuktan bağımsız (sistemde sh betiği çalışabildiği sürece)
(iii) uygulamayı çalıştıran kullanıcının o andaki çevre değişkenlerinden
bağımsız
biçimde başlatılabilir.
