SE = Standart Edition

Java Platform, Standard Edition (Java SE) lets you develop and deploy
Java applications on desktops and servers, as well as today's
demanding Embedded and Real-Time environments.

EE = Entreprise Edition

Enterprise Edition (Java EE) builds on the solid foundation of Java
Platform, Standard Edition (Java SE) and is the industry standard for
implementing enterprise-class service-oriented architecture (SOA) and
next-generation web applications. The SDKs contain Sun GlassFish
Enterprise Server, previously named Sun Java System Application
Server, and provide support for Java EE 5 specifications.

ME = Micro Edition

Micro Edition (Java ME) provides a robust, flexible environment for
applications running on mobile and other embedded devices—mobile
phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), TV set-top boxes, and
printers. Java ME includes flexible user interfaces, robust security,
built-in network protocols, and support for networked and offline
applications that can be downloaded dynamically. Applications based on
Java ME are portable across many devices, yet leverage each device's
native capabilities.

JavaFX

JavaFX is a family of products for creating rich internet applications
(RIAs) with immersive media and content across the multiple screens of
your life. It includes a runtime and a tools suite that web scripters,
designers, and developers can use to quickly build and deliver the
next generation of rich Internet applications for desktop, mobile
devices, TV, and other platforms. JavaFX tools suite will offer
developer and authoring tools that bridge the gap between user
experience design and development logic, giving designers and
developers unprecedented collaboration opportunities.
