merhaba,
ben de uzun zaman once apache2 ile php kurarken bu sorunla
karsilasmistim. apxs'in path'ini gosterince sorun ortadan kalkmisti.
sahsen ben apache'ye source tarball'dan derledigim icin apxs /usr/local/
altindan bir yerlerdeydi. sanirim sizin icin ise apxs suradadir:

shell$ find /usr/ -name "*apxs*" -print

iyi calismalar
