instantaneous due to this change. Also, non-root users can
no longer send out-of-band signals. Problem reported by

non-root users can no longer send out-of-band signals... Kullanicilar
bundan boyle sinyal gonderemez, aslinda gonderilebileceginin bir ifadesi
degil midir? Ayrica out-of-band signal nedir? :)
