[Pardus-kullanicilari] python-gasp kurulamaması

Arkadaşlar işletim sistemini belirtmemişim; özür dilerim. Kurulumu hem
Pardus 2008'de hem de 2009'da yapamadım. Her ikisi de güncellenmiş durumda.
