Yanıt için teşekkürler. Ext2IFS'nin sitesinde aşağıdaki bilgileri buldum:

Neither different code pages nor UTF-8 encoded file names are supported. 
The driver always uses the current code page of Windows.

When it outputs something, which ends with "utf8" in the line 
"LC_CTYPE=", UTF-8 encoding is enabled. Unfortunately, the current 
version of the Ext2 IFS software does not support UTF-8 encoded file 
names. (The driver always uses the current code page of Windows.)

Dediğiniz gibi ext2'yi başka bir kod sayfasıyla bağlamanın yolunu 
araştıracağım. Ama ne info sayfasında ne de man sayfasında böyle bir 
seçenek görünmüyor.
