                          Selamlar,
               RedHat 8.0 altinda root olarak PHP kullanarak dosya
    olusturamiyorum.
    exec() kullanarak olusturmaya calistim. /tmp dinininde de olusturmaya
    calistigimda sonuc olumsuz oldu.
                     exec("touch /tmp/")

    Asil istedigim bu komutu calistirabilmek...

    exec("client mgr:active_requests > /usr/aktif");
