-c, --create
create a new archive
: yeni bir .tar file olusturmak icin
-d, --diff, --compare
find differences between archive and file system
: .tar arsivi sistemdeki dosyalarla karsilastirmak icin
--delete
delete from the archive (not for use on mag tapes!)
: .tar arsivinden dosya(lar) silmek icin
-r, --append
append files to the end of an archive
: .tar arsivine file eklemek icin.
-t, --list
list the contents of an archive

-u, --update
only append files that are newer than copy in
archive
