[Gelistirici] pisi reinstall

Güncel pisi ile dosyadan kurduğum bir paketi tekrar kuramıyorum. Önceden --reinstall
parametresi vermesem bile tekrar kurulsun mu diye soruyordu yanlış hatırlamıyorsam.

$ sudo pisi it wxPython-2.8.10.1-6.pisi

$ sudo pisi it --reinstall wxPython-2.8.10.1-6.pisi
