[Gelistirici] Pardus OpenVZ template

Hi Rajeev;

That kernel is not required for preparing an image and i think you can
easily create an image using pisi. Also there is an outdated Turkish
"Xen" article exists in Pardus-Wiki [1] which you can use as a
starting point.
