Guvenlik guncellemelerinin is akisi Guvenlik Ekibi -> Test Ekibi ->
Surum Yoneticisi seklinde. Guvenlik ekibi guvenlik guncellemesi
yapilan paketi test ekibine havale ediyor. Test ekibi de gerekli
testleri yaptiktan sonra paketi test deposuna aliyor. Daha sonra da
stable'a girmesi gerekiyor paketin, ama bu paket icin stable'a gecis
biraz gecikmis anladigim kadariyla.
