Farma göre /tüm paketler kurulu olduğuna göre :P;

- makewhatis man paketinden geliyor ve çalıştırmak istediği binary /makewhatis 
zaten sistemde yok, silebiliriz.

- beagle-crawl-system beagle paketi ile geliyor ve /etc/beagle/crawl-* içinde 
kural seti belirtilmişse çalışıyor.

Özetle bence tekrar OK :)
