 ISSUES RESOLVED: 
(1) Fixed a black screen when switching to a Vesa-FB console on some hardware. 
(2) Xserver no longer fails to start when only Component Video is connected. 
(3) DRI no longer fails to initialize in the second server generation in some configurations. 
(4) Fixed the Identify Display function in the Control Panel. 
(5) Fixed a failure to start the Control Center when DPI is set on the X command line.
