After the ML failed to send it (put it in moderator queue), I was
looking for web/ftp space to upload the patches. Unfortunately,
neither I nor pisidepo has any such space, so for sometime there was
some confusion about where to put it. murat talked to someone (I
guess) and he got us some space temporarily to put up the patches.
Thats how the URL came to the ML.

Anyway, I really do hope that tarasbulba's community server plan comes
into place, as this will not only solve many problems, it will also
allow community contributors to  develop a web/internet identity.
