p4-clockmod, benim sistemim (P4 Mobile) icin kullanilabilecek bir cpufreq 
modulu, ama en iyisi degilmis, dmesg'de soyle bir uyari var : 

>p4-clockmod: Warning: Pentium 4-M detected. The speedstep-ich or acpi cpufreq 
>modules offer voltage scaling in addition of frequency scaling. You should 
>use either one instead of p4-clockmod, if possible.  

Ben normalde acpi-cpufreq kullaniyorum, simdiye kadar bir sorun yasamadim. 
speedstep-ich kullanma sansim ise yok, chipset intel degil - Ati IXP
