[Gelistirici] contrib svn 'si altındaki pisidepo ve 3rd_Party hakkında

I agree you, Rajeev.

In my opinion, devel/ playground/ and experimental/ is a good solution as
Rajeev said. Isn't it?

So users can understand repository system and use it easily. And we can
finish this discussion :)
