Merhaba,

Hocam aslında çok önemli bir noktaya değindiniz. Şimdi TCK'ya göre
"basın aracılığıyla işlenen suçlar"'a, bloglar, web siteleri, eposta
listeleri vs de bir yayın olarak düşünülüp dahil edilirse, way halimize...

Bu konuda daha yasal mevzuattan anlayan birilerinin bir fikri var mı?
Mesela, gezegen'de yayınlanan bir yazıdan ötürü dava LKD'ye dava
açılması gibi ihtimaller, dikkat etmemiz gereken şeyler gibi... (Çağatay?)
