Merhaba daha önce aynı maili attım gitmedi galiba.
Mysql de aşağıdaki komutun çalışması mumkunmu yardımcı olursanız sevinirim.

delete from test
where exists(
   select *
   from test
   group by kod
   having count(kod) > 1
);
