Selamlar;
Ethernet arayüzündeki auto-negotation ıda disable (autoneg de on yerine off
gibi birşeydir heralde) edip full e çekmeyi deneyin.
Yinede sorun yaşarsanız hp sitesindeki driver larla deneyin derim
Bildiğim kadarıyla normalde tg3 değilde bcm5700 driverlarını öneriyorlar.
