Selamlar,

Bir ara böyle birşeyle uğraştığım için yardım
edebileceğimi düşündüm.

Acaba "ifconfig" komutunu denediniz mi? README
kütüğünde de yazdığı gibi linux ethernet kartlarını
zaten çekirdeğinde desteklemektedir.(çok şanslıyız:)

Şimdi ifconfig yazıp enter'a bastığınızda karşınıza
şöyle iki paragraf gelebilir:

eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:50:FC:2A:AB:7A
          inet addr:192.168.1.1 Bcast:192.168.1.255
         Mask:255.255.255.0
          UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500
         Metric:1
          RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0
         frame:0
          TX packets:4 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0
         carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:100
          RX bytes:0 (0.0 b) TX bytes:240 (240.0 b)
          Interrupt:10 Base address:0x4000

lo Link encap:Local Loopback
          inet addr:127.0.0.1 Mask:255.0.0.0
          UP LOOPBACK RUNNING MTU:16436 Metric:1
          RX packets:992 errors:0 dropped:0
         overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:992 errors:0 dropped:0
overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:0
          RX bytes:76568 (74.7 Kb) TX bytes:76568
(74.7 Kb)

Bunlardan ilki yani "eth0" ile başlayan sizin
kartınızdır. Zaten böyle bir yazıyla karşılaşırsanız
emin olun ki Linux'unuz ethernet kartınızla çoktan
tanışmıştır. Sanırım sorunuza yanıt olabilir bu.

Daha ilerisi için eğer bu karta(yani eth0'a) bir IP
adresi atamak istiyorsanız:(örneğin 195.155.3.3)

ifconfig eth0 195.155.3.3

demeniz yeterli. ifconfig komutuyla ilgili daha geniş
bilgi için "man ifconfig" yazabilirsiniz.

iyi çalışmalar.
