sorry... i could have warned you about that. :) always premake your
partition (blank unformatted partition) with like partition magic... then
boot in.. fdisk /dev/hda or sda depending if you are scsi or ide. run the
setup... i have worked with linux last year, but only seriously these past
few months. never lost any data. it only happens if you try the
repartitioning with a linux program. sorry to tell you this.
speaking of linux, the K6-225 gets compilation errors about 3 out of 10
times for me.
