Bir soru, timezone hakkinda

Merhaba
Vaktinizi aldigim icin ozur dilerim. Soracagim soru sacma ve gereksiz
gelebilir ama cevaplarsaniz memnun olurum.

Turkiye'nin 'time zone' u nedir. Bir linux (ya da herhangi bir unix)
makinesinde time zone'a uygun olarak tarihi nasil set ederiz. Tabii
daylight saving ile beraber.
