Responsibilities: Management of UNIX-Based systems (large scale servers
and workstations), system programming.

Location : METUCC Main office
Computing/Networking Env.: Banyan Vines, Novell Netware, MS-Windows, UNIX,
TCP/IP.
Responsibilities: Management of campus LAN and network traffic, including
routers/PC routers, listservers, management of international Internet
traffic.

Location : METUCC Main office
Responsibilities: management of METU-CWIS through Internet tools,
providing technical support to METU's promotional activities, improving
organizational communication through central computer systems.

Location : METUCC Main office
Computing env. : UNIX, MS-Windows, Database Management Systems (Oracle,
Informix), GUI development tools.
Responsibilities: development and maintenance of application programs for
the organization wide administrative automation projects.

* USER SUPPORT SPECIALIST *

Work Location : Academic departments and/or METUCC main office
Computing Env. : Banyan Vines, Novell Netware, MS-Windows, MacOS, UNIX,
TCP/IP.
Programming Languages: Fortran, C, Pascal.
Responsibilities: HW/SW installation and management, improving
representation and coordination of departmental issues with the center,
providing solutions, participation in user seminars.
