Hi all,
First, I want to say "Hi" to all of you. I'm a new subscriber, I have
an Linux machine on the Internet and I have an problem. I couldn't find a
card driver for my SVGA card.

My card is 1 MB SVGA+IDE card, producer UMC, type UM85C418 (from the
manual), it doesn't had an XWindows drivers (I ask to the importer
company, they sad "That's all we import from the UMC company, we have no
other drivers"), the SuperProbe program says:

First video: Super-VGA
Chipset: UMC 85c408
Memory: 1024 Kbytes
RAMDAC: AcuMos ADAC1 15/16/24-bit DAC
(with 6-bit wide lookup tables (or in 6-bit mode))

Still now nobody could help me, I couldn't find the e-mail address of the
UMC company or their ftp or www site (if they have, but it must be, how I
know it is quite a big company).

I don't want to change the card :) If somebody can help me, please mail
to the tuncel@mercan.cmpe.boun.edu.tr. Thanks in advance !
